– 1¼ teaspoon chili powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – 2 teaspoon lemon juice – ¼ teaspoon salt – ½ cup yogurt  – 2 cloves garlic – 1 teaspoon ginger  – 2 teaspoons chili powder – ½ teaspoon pepper – 1 teaspoon garam masala – 1 teaspoon coriander powder – ½ teaspoon cumin powder – 3 tablespoons lemon juice  – 4 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon salt – 2 drops red gel food coloring

Ingredient

1

After cleaning, pat the bird dry. Halve the chicken breasts if you plan to use them. Make deep cuts into the chicken using a knife.

2

Combine all of the ingredients for the wet rub in a small dish and mix them together to produce a paste.

3

A thin layer of the rub should be spread in between the slits, and if there is any remaining, it should be applied to the entire chicken breast.

4

Mix the marinade ingredients in a medium basin. Mix the chicken in the marinade dish until each breast is coated.

5

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for two hours. Pre-heat your oven to 400℉.

6

Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and a grill rack. Place the chicken breasts on the grill rack with space between them.

7

Let the chicken bake for half an hour. After 15 minutes, give each piece a quick brushing of butter.

8

After 30 minutes, flip the chicken, brush with extra butter, and bake for 15 more minutes. Add lemon slices and parsley before serving.
