Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x5 baking dish with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix. Add the egg after a few minutes of cooling. (To avoid cooking from hot butter).

Allow 15 minutes to cool. Crumble blondies onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Fragment. Place back in oven and broil for 5-8 minutes until crumbs are darker golden brown.
Place the crumbles in the fridge to crisp up after baking. Make the milkshake while they chill. Mix vanilla ice cream, milk, caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla in a blender.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 3 cups vanilla ice cream, ½ cup whole milk, ¼ cup caramel sauce, 2 teaspoons butterscotch sauce Blend until smooth.
After the blondie crumbles cool, break them up more with your fingertips. Add ½ cup of blondie crumbles to the milkshake mixture and mix well.
