- 6 chicken legs, skin on*
- 2 bone-in chicken breasts, skin on*
- 1 blood orange
- 1 Meyer lemon
- 1 satsuma tangerine
- 1 small Cara Cara orange
SAUCE - 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- A dash of salt and a few grinds of pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Bake at 475 degrees Fahrenheit. In order to prepare the chicken breasts, cut them in half across the middle.
- You should clean the orange fruit and then pat it dry. Using a mandoline, cut them into slices that are between one-fourth and one-eighth of an inch thick. Find and remove any seeds. It is important to note that I only used half of the other vegetables and all of the lemon.
- A baking sheet that has sides should have parchment paper or foil wrapped around the edges of the sheet.
