A healthier breakfast favourite! Strawberry and banana add natural sweetness to these fluffy muffins.

– 2 egg – ½ cup unsweetened applesauce – ¼ cup vegetable oil – ¾ cup packed brown sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3 bananas, mashed – 2 cups whole wheat flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon – 1 cup frozen sliced strawberrie

Set the oven's temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. 12 large muffin tins should be greased or lined with paper liners.

Eggs, applesauce, oil, brown sugar, vanilla, and bananas in a large basin. Incorporate flour, baking soda, and cinnamon into bananas. Serve strawberry-evenly. Fill muffin cups.
