– 2 egg– ½ cup unsweetened applesauce– ¼ cup vegetable oil– ¾ cup packed brown sugar– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 3 bananas, mashed– 2 cups whole wheat flour– 1 teaspoon baking soda– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon– 1 cup frozen sliced strawberrie

Set the oven's temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. 12 large muffin tins should be greased or lined with paper liners.

Eggs, applesauce, oil, brown sugar, vanilla, and bananas in a large basin. Incorporate flour, baking soda, and cinnamon into bananas. Serve strawberry-evenly. Fill muffin cups.

The muffins should spring back when softly touched after 20 minutes of baking in a preheated oven. Remove from the muffin tins once cooled.
