This is a recipe for moist banana bread that I make very frequently with bananas that have been left over and are extremely ripe.
– ⅓ cup vegetable oil– ½ cup honey– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 2 egg– 1 cup mashed banana– 1 ¾ cups whole wheat flour– ½ teaspoon salt– 1 teaspoon baking soda– ¼ cup hot water– ½ cup chopped walnut

Put the oven on to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius). Grease a loaf pan measuring 9 inches by 5 inches.

Large basin of oil-honey. Mix eggs well. Mix bananas and vanilla. Adding salt and flour. Add baking soda and hot water to batter. Mix chopped nuts. Pour batter into pan.

Bake the bread for 55–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Slicing after 1/2 hour on wire rack.
