INGREDIENTS

– 18 oz white chocolate roughly chopped – 2 tablespoons neutral oil like coconut or vegetable oil chocolate sprinkle

Step 1

Cover a baking sheet or plates with parchment. Set aside. Let the chocolate and oil in a heatproof bowl sit over a saucepan of slightly simmering water without touching it.

INSTRUCTION

Step 2

Stir the bottom chocolate as it melts with a spatula. Continue stirring as more chocolate melts until almost fully melted.

Step 3

Allow residual heat to melt the remaining chocolate after removing the bowl from heat. Make sure it's smooth with one last stir after a few minutes.

Step 4

Make ghosts: Put a heaping tablespoon of chocolate on the baking sheet in one location and swipe down to make ghosts.

Step 5

To decorate the ghost, put a skewer in molten chocolate and carefully push it halfway up. Finally, sprinkle 2 sprinkles on each ghost for tiny eyes.

Step 6

Make as many ghosts as you want with the remaining chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more. Chocolate hardens when cooled.

Step 7

Divide parchment paper between each layer of lollipops on a dish after removing them from the baking pan. Keep refrigerated.
