Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is a tasty and easy sauce that is made with roasted peppers and peanuts. You can put it on bowls, over pasta, or with sandwiches.

– Fresh red bell pepper – Raw cashew – Minced garlic – Lemon juice – Nutritional yeast

While you roast the peppers, put the cashews and hot water in the jar of a powerful mixer and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
