Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is a tasty and easy sauce that is made with roasted peppers and peanuts. You can put it on bowls, over pasta, or with sandwiches.
Ingredient
– Fresh red bell pepper– Raw cashew– Minced garlic– Lemon juice– Nutritional yeast
Direction
While you roast the peppers, put the cashews and hot water in the jar of a powerful mixer and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
1
The broiler should be preheated to high. Fill a baking sheet that has been coated with foil with peppers.
2
After 20 minutes, turn the peppers over at least once while they're cooking. Make sure that all sides are nicely browned!
3
Take the baking sheet out of the oven. Carefully put the peppers into a big glass bowl using tongs.
4
Put paper over the peppers and let them steam for at least 20 minutes.
5
On a cutting board, put the peppers and peel them off. The steam should make this easy.
6
Return the soaked cashews to the blender after draining the water. Add all ingredients and prepared peppers. Blend smooth!
