A simple vegan Brazilian cheese bread made with potato, olive oil, tapioca starch, and spices that doesn't have any dairy in it. No gluten.
Ingredient
– Tapioca starch/flour– Nutritional yeast– Potato– live oil– Unsweetened almond milk– Garlic powder, onion powder,– black pepper
Direction
Make holes in the potato with a fork and cook it in the microwave on the right setting until it's done and easy to mash with a fork.
1
Tapioca starch, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, turmeric, and nutritional yeast should all be mixed together in a big bowl.
2
Almond milk, olive oil, and water that is boiling should be mixed together in a small basin.
3
Toss and mash the cooked potato with the back of the spoon until it's mostly mixed in.
4
Take the dough and roll it into little balls using a tablespoon-sized scoop, much like you would with cookie dough.
5
About 32 to 35 minutes in the oven. It should be dry on the outside, and the bottoms should start to turn golden brown (lift one to see if this is happening).
