This recipe will become a favourite. Not only does it taste great, but these truffle dough cookies have saved my butt several times. I make this when I need to impress but don't want to bake!
Ingredient
– ½ stick Butter– ½ cup Sugar– ½ cup All-purpose Flour– 3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder– 1 Egg– 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract– ½ teaspoon Baking Powder– ¼ teaspoon Salt– 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chip– ½ cup Icing Sugar for dusting
Direction
1
Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheet with parchment.
2
Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a mixer or food processor until it forms a dough.
3
Mix chocolate chips into the dough.
4
Roll walntut-sized dough balls in icing sugar. Flatten the balls with your palm on the baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
5
The cookies will be very soft when they come out of the oven, so let them cool on the tray for 10 minutes before moving them.
