This luscious, chewy blondie has white chocolate chips! Vanilla replaces chocolate in brownies. This one-bowl recipe is ideal for weeknight baking!
– ¾ cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled (170 grams)– 1 cup packed light brown sugar (200 grams)– ¾ cup granulated sugar (150 grams)– 2 large eggs at room temperature– 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminium foil, leaving an overhang for removal.

Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Whisk eggs and vanilla until blended.

After mixing in the baking powder, flour, and salt until just incorporated, fold in the white chocolate chips.

Pour the batter onto the 9x13 pan that has been ready and level it out into a single layer.
Bake until the top is firm and gently browned, 28–32 minutes. Before cutting into bars, remove the pan from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
