1
Heat the oven to 400°F. Roll the puff pastry (see comments if not using Wewalka) and cut it into 6 equal squares with a pizza cutter.
2
In the centre of each square, add ½ tsp of softened cream cheese and gently spread. Add 1 tbsp strawberry jam and spread.
3
Make a triangle by gently folding the pastry. Line up the edges and fork-crimp them to seal. Crimp well to prevent jampling!
4
Make holes in the turnover tops with the fork. Brush egg wash on pastries after lightly beating an egg.
5
Put the pastries and parchment paper on a baking pan.Bake 14-16 minutes until crispy and golden brown!
6
Remove to wire rack to cool. Make the cream cheese glaze by whisking 1 oz cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a splash of milk until smooth.
7
When the turnovers are completely cool, cover them with a large amount of glaze. Spread some more freshly made jam on top if you'd like! Enjoy yourself!
