Chickpeas should be put on a baking sheet with a rim. Put two tablespoons of olive oil on top and salt it.

Toss with your hands to cover. Put chickpeas in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until they get crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down.

In order to make the cookies, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and add two more baking sheets.

Nuts and seeds are dry items that should go in a medium bowl. Add one to two teaspoons of olive oil to the nuts and seeds. Toss to cover.

Place in the pan that has been made, and toast in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and stir it on the tray.
