Pumpkin Blondies with Chocolate Chips (Gluten-Free) recipes

A healthy treat called Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Blondies is made with almond flour, coconut flour, and almond butter. They are really full of pumpkin spice! Gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan.

Ingredient

– Pumpkin puree – Almond butter – Organic cane sugar – Coconut sugar – Coconut oil – Almond flour – Coconut flour – Pumpkin pie spice – Chocolate chip

Direction

Put the pumpkin and almond butter that are wet into a big bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to mix everything together.

Mix the chocolate chips in last, then add the vanilla extract and the rest of the ingredients. Beat on medium speed until everything is well mixed.

Once the pan is ready, add the batter and mix in the chocolate chips. Use a rubber spatula to smooth the top.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 24-28 minutes. Cool fully on a wire rack before cutting into 16 squares.
