PERFECT VANILLA CUPCAKES RECIPE

I built my cupcake empire on this recipe! I've made nearly a million of these cupcakes! I created this recipe at the start of my baking business and used it in every store and kitchen. It never failed me, so it's a good recipe!

Ingredient

– ½ cup Margarine – 1 cup White Sugar  – 1 ½ cups All-purpose Flour – 1 Egg – ½ cup Whole Milk – 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon Baking Powder – ½ teaspoon Baking Soda – ½ teaspoon Salt – 1 batch Classic Buttercream

Warm the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners.

Beat in eggs one by one. In a large bowl, sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add a third to the batter and stir on low until combined. To ensure proper mixing, we'll alternate flour and milk.

After mixing in the first third of flour, add half the milk and mix on low. Do not add milk when there is still flour visible. This will make your batter gloopy and gluey.

Repeat with the next third of flour, the rest of the milk, and the last third of flour, combining between each addition.

Last but not least, incorporate your vanilla extract and make certain that everything is thoroughly combined.

The batter should be scooped into cupcake liners, and the cupcakes should be baked for 18 minutes, or until a skewer will come out clean.

After the frosting of your choice has completely cooled, you can then decorate it.
