Put almond milk in a small pot and set it over low heat. When the almond milk is warm, add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and salt and mix them together.

Add maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix well until the big lumps are gone. Whisk the mixture every so often until it is smooth and the right temperature is reached.

If you realize that you would want it to be sweeter, you can add extra maple syrup as you see fit.

Take it off the heat and pour it into mugs. You can add marshmallows, peanut butter drizzle, or other toppings if you like.

Mix peanut butter and maple syrup together to make peanut butter drizzle. Adding a little maple sugar at a time until the consistency you want is reached.
