Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate (Dairy-Free) recipes

This maple syrup-sweetened Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate is thick and creamy. Add your favorite toppings! Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Ingredient

– Creamy peanut butter – Unsweetened cocoa powder – Almond milk – Maple syrup – Vanilla extract

Direction

Put almond milk in a small pot and set it over low heat. When the almond milk is warm, add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and salt and mix them together.

Add maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix well until the big lumps are gone. Whisk the mixture every so often until it is smooth and the right temperature is reached.
