A tasty dessert that's perfect for sharing at events or the office is peanut butter fudge! I've never made creamy peanut butter fudge easier or better than this recipe.
– ½ cup butter– 1 (16 ounce) package brown sugar– ½ cup milk– ¾ cup peanut butter– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 3 ½ cups confectioners' sugar

Mix brown sugar and milk with butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently as you boil for 2 minutes.

After removing the pot from the heat, whisk in the vanilla extract and peanut butter.

Confectioners' sugar should be put in a big mixing dish. Add peanut butter mixture and use electric mixer to beat until smooth.

Put the peanut butter mixture into a plate that is 8 inches by 8 inches.

Prior to slicing, there must be a cooling period of roughly one hour.
