No-Bake White Chocolate Strawberry Tart Recipe

Sweet strawberry tart with white chocolate inside. When strawberries are sweet and in season, this is the best dessert you can make without baking.  

INGREDIENTS 

Crust – 9 oz graham crackers or other digestive cookie – 8 tablespoons unsalted butter melted – 1/4 teaspoon salt Filling – 7 oz white chocolate roughly chopped – 1 1/4 cups heavy cream – 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste – 14 oz strawberries cleaned and hulled – 1/2 lemon juiced – 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar

Step 1

In a food processor, pulse cookies into fine crumbs for the crust. Mix in melted butter and salt until crumbs resemble wet sand.

Step 2

Transfer crumbs to a 9-inch removable-bottom pie pan. Use a spoon or other flat object to press the crumbs down the pan and up the sides. Pack them well. Refrigerate the crust for an hour or overnight.  

Step 3

Meanwhile, make the filling Melt chocolate in a heatproof basin over simmering water. Stir occasionally. Place the bowl on the counter to cool to room temperature after melting.  

Step 4

Beat cream and vanilla until light-to-medium peaks form. Whisk melted chocolate in slowly. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust using a spatula. Chill overnight or 2-3 hours.  

Step 5

Assemble Half strawberries after hulling them. Sprinkle lemon juice and sugar on a small dish. Wait 20 minutes. Cover the tart with strawberries, slice, and serve.
