Monster Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars Recipe

Snacking on Monster Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars improved Tuesday. These one-bowl oatmeal cookie bars with chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces are excellent for Halloween candy leftovers. Easy, festive for Halloween and Thanksgiving, and most importantly, everyone loves these! 

Ingredient

– 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup brown sugar packed – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 cup canola oil – 2 large eggs – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1/2 cup Reese's pieces or M&M'

Start with a 350-degree oven. Butter or parchment a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Mix muesli, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, canola oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl or stand mixer.

Beat until thoroughly moistened dough and contents are incorporated. Crumbly dough. Mix chocolate chips and 1/4 cup candy pieces.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup candy over the dough in the baking dish. Bake the bars for 18–20 minutes until the edges are firm and brown. After cooling, cut into bars.
