Homemade Star Crunch (Gluten-Free, Vegan) recipes

Star Crunch that you make at home with dairy-free chocolate, date syrup, and brown rice cereal. A meal that tastes like Little Debbie but has better ingredients! Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredient

– Crispy rice cereal – Chocolate chip – Medjool date – Unsweetened almond or coconut milk – Maple syrup – Vanilla extract

Direction

Put hot water and dates in a small bowl. Soak for at least five minutes. Dates should be drained and put into a high-powered blender.

Mix in some vanilla extract, salt, and coconut milk. Also add some maple syrup. Using a high speed, blend until smooth.

Put chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt chocolate chips in 30-second increments in microwave. Chocolate with coconut oil.

Put brown rice cereal in a big bowl. Mix date caramel and melted chocolate with rice cereal. Fold to mix.

Place the rice mixture on a baking sheet that has been prepared. Make a tight ball with your fingers.
