– Onion– Full-fat coconut milk– Apple cider vinegar– White rice flour– Smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper– Cooking spray
Direction
To slice the onion into ¼ inch slices, it is important to use a sharp knife or a mandolin cutter with caution.

Mix almond milk and cider vinegar in a medium basin. Whisk together white rice flour, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a separate bowl or shallow dish.

Drop thinly sliced onions into milk mixture to coat in batches. Put the handful of onions in the rice flour coating and coat.

Bake baking sheets for 18–20 minutes. Halfway through baking, remove from oven and flip onions.
