Pre-heat oven to 350. Reserve an 8x8-inch foil or parchment-lined baking pan.

Peanut butter, coconut sugar, honey, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla should be fully combined in a large bowl.

Oats, flour, salt, and baking soda should be mixed together. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Fill the baking pan with batter. The top should be set and lightly golden brown after 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
