Gluten Free Thumbprint Cookies (Vegan) recipes

Feel free to use any jam you like in these simple Gluten Free Thumbprint Cookies. They are made with almond flour. No dairy, no eggs, and vegan. 

Ingredient

– Almond flour – Coconut oil – Maple syrup – Vanilla extract and almond extract – Jam

Direction

Put the vanilla, almond, and coconut oils in a big bowl and mix them together. Mix with a whisk. Mix in the salt and almond flour. Mix until dough forms.

Roll dough into a smooth ball with a tablespoon or tiny cookie scoop. Put cookie dough balls in even rows on the baking sheet. Fun part: form an indentation in the cookie dough ball's center with your index finger.

Jam filling should be poured into the indentation until it reaches the very top of the indentation.

Put it in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes. The cookies should only be getting a little golden brown. Move the baked cookies to a cooling rack using a spoon and let them cool all the way down.
