Gluten-Free Sugar Sprinkle Cookies (Vegan) recipes

These Sugar Sprinkle Cookies without gluten will make your day better. This cookie is gluten-free, egg-free, and dairy-free because it is made with almond flour and white rice flour. Do not forget your favorite sprinkles!

Ingredient

– Almond flour – White rice flour and Tapioca starch – Organic cane sugar – Maple syrup – Vegan butter – Vanilla extract – Rainbow sprinkle

Direction

In a big bowl, mix the wet ingredients (maple syrup and melted vegan butter) with the organic cane sugar.

 Include vanilla extract and tapioca starch slurry in the mixture.

Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix them in until a dough forms. It's time to add ¼ cup of sprinkles.
