This easy lemon pudding cake is self-saucing and features a pillowy top layer and scrumptious pudding layer. Lemony, sweet dessert with powdered sugar is delicious! Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free.

– Lemon – Almond flour – Cane sugar – Arrowroot starch – Baking powder – Vegan butter – Almond milk

Direction

Whisk the sugar and lemon zest together in a medium bowl until they are completely combined.
