Gluten-Free Apple Cake (Dairy-Free) recipes

A recipe for gluten-free apple pound cake with spices and sautéed apples on top. What the Starbucks loaf cake was based on! No dairy.

Ingredient

– Almond flour – White rice flour – Organic cane sugar – Coconut sugar – Cornstarch or arrowroot starch – Egg – Vegan butter – Fresh apple

Direction

Put butter, organic cane sugar, and coconut sugar in a big bowl. On medium-high, beat with an electric mixer until fluffy and light.

After adding the lemon juice and vanilla extract, add the eggs one at a time. Mix things together.

Put in the rest of the dry ingredients, which are cornstarch, spices, salt, almond flour, and white rice flour. Mix until everything is well combined.

Place the batter in the pan that has been prepared. in order to ensure that it lies evenly.

Add the sugar, cornstarch, and spices to the diced apple in a small bowl. Toss the apples to cover them completely.

Place a layer of chopped apples on top of the cake batter that is level. Slightly press the apples into the batter.
