Glazed Maple Pecans recipes

This nut recipe makes glazed maple pecans with rosemary, sea salt, and spices. The nuts are both sweet and salty. It is gluten-free and vegan!

Ingredient

– ▢2 cups raw pecan – ▢2 tablespoons maple syrup divided – ▢1 ½ tablespoons olive oil – ▢2 tablespoons coconut sugar – ▢1 teaspoon chili powder – ▢½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – ▢¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract – ▢1 ½ tablespoons fresh rosemary finely chopped – ▢4 pinches flakey sea salt divided

The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place parchment paper on a baking pan and set it aside.

Cook pecans in a pan over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Take skillet from heat and add 1 tablespoon maple syrup,  vanilla, and two pinches sea salt.

Spread pecan mixture evenly on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. After baking, pour remaining tablespoon of maple syrup on pecans. Turn to coat.

First, let the pecans cool completely on the baking pan before transferring them to a container that can seal tightly. Best consumed within two to three days.
