Giant S’mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie Recipe

Enjoy a gigantic S'mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie with the greatest chocolate chip cookies and S'mores in the centre. The ideal weekend dessert. With one skillet, pantry materials, and minimal effort, this giant cookie is produced. Graham crackers, marshmallows, and milk chocolate in every bite. Enjoy this big biscuit with ice cream straight from the oven. 

Ingredient

– 2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter, at room temperature – 1/2 cup dark brown sugar – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 large eggs, at room temperature – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip – 4 squares graham crackers broken into bite-size piece – 8-10 marshmallow – 2 Hershey Chocolate Bars broken into piece – 1-2 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate chunk – 1 Pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Start with a 350-degree oven. Lightly grease a 10-12-inch oven-safe skillet.

Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Beat eggs one at a time until mixed. Beat in vanilla until creamy.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix in chocolate chips. Put 1/3 of the dough in the skillet. Top the dough with graham crackers, marshmallows, and Hershey's bits.

Carefully distribute the leftover cookie dough over the marshmallows and chocolate. If the dough doesn't cover the marshmallows, fine.

Place the skillet in the oven for 20-22 minutes for a doughy centre or 22-25 minutes for a set cookie.

Let cool 3-5 minutes after removing from oven. Add sea salt if desired. Grab a scoop of ice cream and dive in.
