Easy Spinach Tofu Quiche recipes

You can eat this simple Spinach Tofu Quiche for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. A tasty spicy tart that doesn't have any gluten, dairy, or eggs. 

Ingredient

– Almond and oat flour – Firm tofu – Unsweetened almond milk – Nutritional yeast – ground mustard, ground turmeric – cayenne pepper – Fresh spinach

Direction

In a medium bowl, mix together the oat flour, cane sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix in the water and olive oil until a dough forms.

Place the dough for the base in the pan that has been prepared. Press it into an even layer that goes up half of the pan's sides.

First, bake for fifteen minutes, and then let it cool down.
