Easy Roasted Carrots and Green Beans recipes

This simple Roasted Carrots and Green Beans side dish is excellent for weekday meals or holidays. Gluten-free, vegan. 

Ingredient

– Green bean – Carrot – Olive oil – Gluten-free soy sauce or tamari – Garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and peppe – Maple syrup – Sliced almond

Direction

The carrots should be washed, peeled, and then cut into sticks. Prepare the green beans.

Combine the olive oil, tamari, maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes in a small bowl and mix them together until they are thoroughly combined.

In a big bowl, mix the green beans and carrots. Add the tamari sauce to the greens and mix it in. Do a good toss to make sure they get a good layer.

An uniform layer of vegetables should be spread out on the large baking sheet. While the carrots are roasting, this will help them to develop a caramelized flavor.

Roast vegetables for 20–25 minutes in a preheated oven until soft. Add sliced almonds 5 minutes before veggies are done and return to oven.
