Easy Homemade Cheesecake In a Jar Recipe

No-bake The perfect individual treat for cheesecake lovers is Cheesecake In A Jar! Buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake, and your favourite fresh berries. Small mason jars hold this simple dessert. 

– 1¼ cups graham cracker crumb – 1/4 cup granulate sugar – 1/4 cup butter – 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese – 1/2 cup powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl until wet sand-like. Push the crust mixture into six 8-ounce glass mason jars with a spoon to make an even layer.

Press the crust mixture into the bottom of six 8-ounce glass mason jars with the back of a spoon.

Step 3

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to make cheesecake filling. Beat until soft and creamy with an electric hand mixer. Beat medium-high for 1-2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form (start slow to avoid splashing, increase as needed).

Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.

Prepare Cheesecake Jars: Put the no-bake cheesecake filling in a piping bag or gallon Ziploc bag. Pipe it into each jar after cutting the corner.

Top cheesecake jars with whipped cream, fresh berries, and other toppings. If you like mousse-like, fluffier cheesecake, serve the jars right away.
