Easy Gluten Free Macaroni And Cheese recipe

Creamy, tasty gluten-free mac and cheese is excellent for hectic weekdays. This simple 30-minute meal requires few ingredients.

Ready the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Prepare a baking dish measuring 9 by 13 inches by lightly greasing it with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray. Put aside for later.

Do what the box says and try to get the pasta al dente. Take it apart and run hot water over it. Put them in a big bowl, mix them with olive oil, and set them away.

While the pan is still hot, add the butter to the big saucepan or skillet. Warm it up.When you add the flour, whisk it in until it's all mixed in.  

While continuing to whisk, add the milk in a slow and steady stream, taking care not to rush the process, and continue whisking until the ingredients are completely incorporated.

Combine the following ingredients: paprika, mustard powder, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to a simmer for around two minutes.

Stir in the sour cream until it is completely incorporated, if desired. If necessary, adjust the salt and pepper to taste.

Turn down the heat and add the Parmesan, Colby, and cheddar cheeses. Mix it all together until the cheese melts completely.Add it to the cooked pasta and mix it in.

Put the mixture in the casserole dish that has been made.Using a fork, mix the cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium-sized bowl until everything is well mixed.

Place the dish in a hot oven without covering it for 25 to 30 minutes. Up until the top is bubbly and golden brown.It should be left out of the oven for 10 to 15 minutes before it is served.
