In our home, this bread is consumed quickly. This bread has a taste all its own thanks to the cinnamon.
– 3 cups all-purpose flour– ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon– 1 teaspoon baking soda– ½ teaspoon baking powder– 1 teaspoon salt– 2 cups white sugar– 3 egg– 1 cup vegetable oil– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract– 2 cups shredded zucchini– 1 cup chopped walnut– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chip

Set oven temperature to 350 F (175 C). Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans very lightly.

Stir flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. In separate dish, mix sugar and eggs until combined. Mix oil with vanilla.

Add zucchini. Stir. Mix flour mixture until moistened. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Evenly fill loaf pans.

Bake 55–60 minutes in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Let pans cool 10 minutes. Remove bread from pans and cool on wire rack.
