Delicious Sugar-Free Nutella Easiest Recipe Ever

Smooth and creamy, this sugar-free Nutella tastes like chocolate hazelnut. Adds decadence to keto breakfast or dessert. With 1.6g net carbs per serving, you could spoon-eat it!  

– ¾ cup roasted hazelnuts (see notes for toasting) – 3 tablespoon hazelnut oil can sub avocado oil – 2 tablespoon cocoa powder – 2 to 3 tablespoon powdered Swerve Sweetener – 3 tablespoon collagen protein powder (optional) – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – Pinch salt

The hazelnuts should be processed using either a food processor or a blender with a high power setting. It is recommended that you use one of these tools.

During the processing of the hazelnuts, they should be ground to a finer consistency and should start to cluster together.

This endeavor has to be carried out right up till the point that the processing is completed.

In order to achieve a consistency that is akin to butter and creamy throughout, the nuts should be ground even more until they reach that point.

When you have finished adding two teaspoons of oil, you should proceed with this step.

After the cocoa powder, sweetener, collagen, vanilla, salt, and residual oil have been added to the mixture, it is necessary to combine it even further until it is entirely smooth.

This method must be repeated until the combination is clear. If a buttery, smooth consistency is desired, add oil.
