Everyone loves this holiday candy recipe. Could be the melt-in-your-mouth texture or delicious peppermint taste. It may possibly be the easiest candy recipe!
These can be frozen for two months in an airtight container. Roll them in granulated sugar, push into candy moulds, then drop out to make attractive forms.
Ingredient
– 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened– 1 tablespoon butter, softened– 3 cups confectioners' sugar– 2 drops peppermint oil– 1 drop any color food coloring paste

Mix cream cheese, butter, and sugar in a large bowl. Add peppermint oil. Leave white or colour with food colouring paste.

Place little balls of mixture on waxed paper. Fork-flatten with confectioners' sugar. Dry on waxed paper for 2 hours, then freeze or refrigerate.
