– ritz cracker– creamy no stir peanut butter– dark chocolate chip– semi sweet chocolate chip– Flaked sea salt

Spread wax paper on a cookie sheet. Apply creamy peanut butter to each cracker, then arrange another flat-sided ritz cracker on top.

Finally, top with a third Ritz cracker, rounded side up, and add another coating of peanut butter.

Place a third Ritz cracker, rounded side up, on top and cover with another layer of peanut butter.

In the microwave, melt the semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips until smooth.

Make sure the chocolate chips don't burn. Stir until melted and smooth, about every 30 seconds or as needed.

Dip each ritz biscuit into the melted chocolate with a fork, shake off excess, and return to the baking sheet.

Before the chocolate solidifies, sprinkle flaked sea salt on top.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm chocolate.
