This walnut-cranberry orange bread is vibrant and fresh. Ideal for breakfast or snack. Make bread or muffins!
– 2 cups flour– ¾ cup white sugar– 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder– ¾ teaspoon salt– ½ teaspoon baking soda– ¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces and softened– ¾ cup orange juice– 1 tablespoon grated orange zest– 1 large egg, beaten– 1 cup chopped cranberrie

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Oil an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

Bowl together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Butter and flour should be mixed. Stir in egg, orange juice, and zest.

Add the walnuts and cranberries and mix well. Pour batter into the pan that has been prepared.

Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, in a preheated oven.

After removing to cool fully on a wire rack, let cool in the pan for ten minutes.
