This Cinnamon Raisin Granola is ideal for everyone. Make a parfait with yoghurt and fruit or apple slices.
– 4 cups (320 g) oat– ½ cup (132 g) peanut butter– ½ cup (120 g) maple syrup– 1 tsp (4 g) vanilla extract– 1 tsp (4 g) cinnamon– ½ tsp (3 g) salt– ¾ cup (96 g) raisin

Heat the oven to 350°F. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave oil until melted.

Add cinnamon and salt to the bowl and mix. Mix oats and peanut butter/syrup in a big bowl. Mix rolled oats.

Arrange the oats in a single layer that is about ½" thick on a sheet pan lined with parchment.

Bake until the middle just starts to set, 20 to 22 minutes.Let it cool completely to room temperature before chopping it into the right-sized pieces. Add the raisins and mix well.

Airtight container storage. Zwilling CUBE vacuum-sealed dry storage containers were used. Granola should last two weeks in the pantry.

This recipe serves 10. Divide your yield weight by 10 to get the per-serving weight. For 64g per serve, I got 640g.
