Chocolate Tahini Cookies (Gluten-Free, Vegan) recipes

Easy Chocolate Tahini Cookies are somewhat nutty and have fantastic chocolate flavor. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free since they use almond flour and maple syrup.

Ingredient

– Tahini – Almond flour – Maple syrup – Ground flaxseed – Unsweetened cocoa powder – Vanilla extract – Chocolate chip

Direction

Together, stir the wet ingredients (tahini, maple syrup, and flax egg) in a large bowl until they are thoroughly combined.

Add almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.

Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Put the cookie dough in the fridge for at least an hour to cool down.

Sir, mix sesame seeds and sea salt in a small bowl. Use a small spoon or cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough and gently form into a ball.
