Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
Delicious chocolate cupcakes for two are a wonderful combination of speed, simplicity, and flavour.
INGREDIENT
– 3 tablespoons (22g) all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
– 3 tablespoons chocolate milk*
– 1 tablespoon canola oil
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chip
– sprinkles, nuts, or other garnish
Warm the oven up to 350°F. Two muffin pan cups should be greased or lined.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
The flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda should be mixed together by whisking or sifting them.
Step 2
Mix well after adding the oil, vanilla, and chocolate milk. The batter should be split between the two muffin cups.
Step 3
For 14 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
Put a wire rack inside the pan and let it cool down.
Step 4
Put the chocolate chips in the microwave and melt them in 20-second bursts at half power. Stir the chocolate until it melts.
Step 5
On top of each cupcake, put half of the melted chocolate. Add nuts, sprinkles, or something else to the top.
