Heat the oven to 375°F.Cook macaroni as indicated on the package in a big saucepan of boiling water. Cook al dente, drain, and leave aside.

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning often, until crispy. Set aside skillet contents. Leave 2 tablespoons of fat in the skillet after draining.

Add cubed chicken to skillet and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir often until golden and no longer pink in the center. Transfer skillet contents to a large basin.
Cook the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic in the skillet for 3-5 minutes, stirring periodically, until soft and tender. Remove from skillet and add to chicken bowl.

A total of three tablespoons of butter should be melted in the same skillet over medium heat. Flour should be stirred in until a paste is formed.

Whisk the milk in while gradually stirring it in, and continue to do so until it is entirely absorbed into the mixture.

It is recommended that you stir in the Ranch Seasoning Mix, condensed cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese until they are completely incorporated into the mixture.

Once the heat has been reduced to a low setting, add three cups of cheddar cheese and stir it until it has completely melted. Take away from the heat.

Add the cooked pasta and cheese mix to the bowl with the meat and vegetables. Mix everything together well, then put it in a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.

Add the cooked bacon and 1 cup of shredded cheese on top. If you want, you can also add panko bread crumbs on top.
