Cheese Mustard Veggie Sandwich Recipe

For a quick lunch, this sandwich is great. It's sour, cheesy, and full of crunchy vegetables.  


– 4 slices bread of choice I used wholegrain toast, toasted – 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard – 2 tablespoons mayonnaise – 6 slices Gouda or Maasdam cheese handful of arugula – 1 cup beetroot sprout

Step 1

Put one tablespoon of mustard on one piece of toast and one tablespoon of mayonnaise on the other. This will make a sandwich. Put a slice of cheese on top of each one.  


Step 2

Along with the mayonnaise, put some greens on one slice of toast and a few sprouts on the other.  

Step 3

Finally, put another slice of cheese on each piece of toast and then put them together. Serve whole or cut in half across the middle.  

Step 4

Follow the same steps to make the second sandwich.
