– 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix– 2 large eggs– 1/2 cup vegetable oil– 1/4 cup heavy cream– 3/4 cup mint chocolate chips or chunks (see notes)– 1/3 cup crushed peppermint candy canes– Topping/Garnish– 1/3 cup crushed peppermint candy canes

In a large bowl, mix together the dry brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and heavy cream. Use an electric hand mixer or a whisk to mix until everything is mixed (about one to two minutes).
