Blue Cheese Burgers with Crispy Fried Onion Recipe Learn like a Chef 

These amazing burgers have tangy, creamy, melty blue cheese and butter-fried onions. Classic comfort cuisine may be gourmetized easily!  

– 2 tablespoon butter – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon pepper  – 2 onion – 4 burger bun – 4 burger pattie – 4 blue cheese slice – 2 large tomatoe – baby arugula or baby kale – 4 tablespoon sweet and spicy mustard



In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Season onions with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and fry until crispy.  


Before putting the patties down, make sure the grill is clean and ready to go. It could be a good idea to grease the grill beforehand.  


Use the leftover salt and pepper to season the burger patties. Cook the patties on the grill for approximately five minutes on each side.  


During cooking, DO NOT push down on the patties. For the final two minutes of cooking, place a slice of blue cheese on top of each patty.  


Add burger buns to the grill immediately and cook for 30 seconds. Put burgers together after grilling.   


Spread 1 tbsp mustard on the bun. Put the burger meat, tomato slices, crispy onions and bread on top of baby rocket or kale.
