Start with a 350°F oven. Use paper liners or grease a 12-cup muffin tray. Set aside sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

After mixing bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl, fold in flour mixture until smooth. Divide batter into muffin cups and fill 2/3 full.
