Direction
1
Set oven temperature to 350°F. After generously coating a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray, place it aside.
2
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a sizable mixing bowl. Put aside.
3
In a separate bowl, combine Greek yoghurt, sugar, key lime juice, zest, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix wet and dry components just till combined.
4
Make 8 donuts by piping or spooning batter into the cavities. If using a 6-count donut pan, bake in two batches.
5
A toothpick inserted into the donut should come out clean after baking it for 9 to 10 minutes at 350°F.
6
Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes in pan. Cool donuts on a wire rack after removing them from the pan.
7
Blend powdered sugar and key lime juice in a bowl to make the glaze. If needed, thin the glaze with key lime juice. Thin glazes thicken with powdered sugar.
8
After dipping each donut into the glaze, put them back on the wire rack. Add crushed graham crackers on top if you'd like.
9
Allow the glaze to set by allowing it to cool for ten to fifteen minutes. Serve and take pleasure in it!
