Baked Chocolate Donuts Recipe
Chocolate-glazed donuts that are baked. If you'd like, you can coat the donuts in chocolate chips before baking.
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 ½ cups white sugar
– ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 ¼ cups 2% milk

– 6 cups confectioners' sugar
– 4 tablespoons hot water, or more as needed

Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Brush the donut pans with butter.
