A really simple and subtly sweet apple muffin recipe! To add some more flavour, I prefer to add some cinnamon. Perfect with tea or coffee for breakfast.
– 2 cups all-purpose flour– ¼ cup white sugar– 2 teaspoons baking powder– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon– ½ teaspoon salt– 1 cup milk– 1 large egg, beaten– ¼ cup butter, melted– 1 cup apple - peeled, cored, and chopped

Set the oven's temperature to 400°F, or 200°C. Grease 12 muffin tins lightly or line with paper liners.

Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir milk, egg, and butter in another basin. Just combine egg mixture and flour combination. Fold chopped apples. Put batter in muffin cups.

Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the muffins comes out clean.
